A Geoff Schumann production
JOSIE & THE MULTI COLOURED WEAVE
In 2009 Geoff wrote and performed in the panto/play Josie and the multi colour weave. It was directed by Angie Lemar and starred top comics Leo Mohammed, Eddie Kadi and highly rated actor Jason Maza and talented actress Natalie Best. Geoff devised a series of workshops to engage young people into exploring the world of professional theatre. A series of professional tutors were engaged, financial support was given by Haringey youth service and the Bridge New deals for community fund.
After a 2 week intensive programme which included a series of taster workshops a number of young people were cast into speaking roles in the play and some were also used as extras in the production See link......(Insert Link) Geoff is hoping to perform the panto again Autumn 2017
